In the course of our parent company’s business, many individual customers and large health care networks asked LAB FORCE SERVICES to enter the nurse staffing market.  In response, the company dutifully conducted staffing surveys, and after each survey came the same, simple conclusion:  There were enough traditional nurse staffing agencies in the marketplace, but not enough nurses.  The question then became what could our new entity, NURSEPARTNERS , do to attract nurses who would provide top notch service to our customers.

After deliberation, it was decided that only a unique approach would allow us to offer our services to both nursing professionals and to our customer base.

We then began to design a strategy around issues which nurse professionals defined to us as being of major importance in employment decisions:

1.     Fair compensation

2.     Enough independence to insist that patient care is the number one priority.

3.     The flexibility to explore opportunities for personal growth and development.

Since independence and flexibility are the major attractions to agency work, it was decided to focus on criteria number one, FAIR COMPENSATION.
