This unparalleled protection plan
was designed specifically for the Health
Care environment and includes
mandatory insurance and OSHA compliance
as well as Professional Liability
Insurance for each Temporary Employee.
Temporary
to Permanent
NURSEPARTNERS
provides a candidate for a permanent
position.
The candidate works in the
customer’s workplace as a NURSEPARTNERS
employee for a period of time agreed to
beforehand, usually 50% of the annual
working hours.
Subsequent to the agreed period of time,
NURSEPARTNERS
releases the candidate to the customer
for permanent hire without a Finder’s
Fee.
This option can reduce training
and orientation time, and allow both the
customer and the employee to “get to
know each other” prior to the
commitment of permanent hiring.
Permanent
NURSEPARTNERS
charges a non-refundable retainer to
initiate a search for candidates who
meet the customer’s specifications.
As outlined in our Permanent
Placement Contract, a one time,
contingency based FINDER’S
FEE is charged for providing a
suitable candidate.
The Placement is guaranteed for
90 days.
