3.  Call our New York office at 1-800-221-0081 to SET UP AN INTERVIEW. This meeting will allow us to review the specifics of your professional background, and discuss positions of interest to you. Please bring with you to the interview:

·         All current state licenses

·         Current CPR

·         Picture ID

·         Copies of any appropriate certifications (ACLS, CCRN, CEN, PALS, etc.)

·         Proof of continuing education credits (NURSEPARTNERS requires 6.0 CEA annually)

Certificate of insurance or copy of Declaration Page for Professional Liability Insurance showing limits and expiration date. (NURSEPARTNERS requires $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate.)
